Refund & Return Policy

5-Day Return Policy for Damaged Items with Unboxing Video.
We understand that sometimes issues may arise with your purchase, and we want to ensure your satisfaction. Therefore, we offer a 5-day return policy specifically for damaged items, subject to certain conditions.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
1. Unboxing Video: You must have an unboxing video of the item clearly showing the damage. This video will be required as proof.
2. Damage: The item must be damaged upon arrival.
3. Time frame: You must request a return within 5 days after receiving your item.
4. Stitched goods cannot be returned or refunded.

Return after delivery


For India Return:
Please note that reward points will be issued for the product price paid by the customer; shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed in the form of reward points, which can be used for future purchases. These reward points will have a validity of 6 Months from the date of credit.

For International Return:
Should a customer wish to return a product, they are responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse in India.
Kindly be aware that exchanges, returns, or refunds cannot be processed for custom-stitched or ready-made products.
Please note that we do not cover any shipping charges for returns.

For the following condition, the product is not applicable for return or exchange.
If the product is customized or ready-made according to the customer's size, it cannot be exchanged or returned.
Products must be returned in their original condition; if a product is damaged or not in its original condition, it cannot be exchanged or returned.
Orders placed using store credit cannot be exchanged or returned.

Order Cancellations
We will be able to accept order changes or cancellation requests within 24 hours of placement of the order. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once they are processed.
Once the order is shipped can not be canceled.
For prepaid orders that are cancelled, a deduction of 5% payment gateway charges will be applied and refund will be issued in Bank Account within 7-9 days of the cancellation request.

For Refund

If your order is cancelled after your credit card or Bank has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card or Bank Account within 7-9 working days.

Color and Description Discrepancy
The apparel descriptions provided on our website include details and product specifications that are approximate and closest to reality. While we make every effort to accurately showcase colours, there may still be minor variations due to factors such as lighting and settings during photography, as well as the colour settings and properties of various monitors. Similarly, other details such as weight, work details, and size may vary slightly.
