Shipping & Delivery Policy

Ragthm believes in customer satisfaction. Kindly find all detail regarding shipping and delivery below.
Please note our shipping policy as follows for India and International Order:

Shipping and Delivery Policy for India Orders
1. We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders. ( No minimum amount)
2. Cash on Delivery is available within India on orders below Rs 1500/-.
3. COD availability can be checked on the product page.
4. Shipping cost is calculated as per product weight.
5. If any Shipping charges then it's reflected at the time of checkout.
6. Our domestic shipping partners are Shiprocket, Xpressbees, Delhivery, DTDC, etc.
7. Domestic Orders: The products ordered can be expected to be delivered within 5-7 days in major metro cities in India and can take anywhere between 8-10 days for other locations in India, from the time the order is confirmed. Please include 4 days if your order is for custom stitching.

Shipping and Delivery Policy for International Orders ( USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc)
1. International shipping rates depends on country and product weight. Every country has different shipping rates according to product weight.
2. Cash on delivery is not available for international orders.
3. Shipping charges will be reflected at the time of checkout.
4. International shipping takes 10-15 working days to deliver. Please allow an extra 4-5 working days for custom stitching orders. Delivery on Saturdays and Sundays will not be done in most localities as they follow a 5-day work culture.
5. Courier companies do not deliver to a PO Box address, so please include a complete street address with your PIN/post/zip code.
6. Please note that shipments to the USA and some other countries will be left at the door if someone is not around to receive the parcel or if no one answers the doorbell. Our courier partner agencies like DHL/FEDEX/ARAMEX/India Post, etc. will not be able to provide proof of delivery in such cases.
7. All the products are shipped from India only.

Are there any hidden charges and fees?
We do not charge any additional shipping charges for delivering your favorite product. Customs charges and duties(VAT) depend on the rules and regulations of the recipient country and we do not charge them. If custom duty tax is charged on shipment, we are not responsible for that. Custom and import duty is the customer's responsibility.
Please note: The government of your country of residence may impose applicable import or export duties in accordance with local laws.

ORDER STATUS & TRACKING
All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2-3 working days upon confirmation of payment, from our warehouse. This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, and packing and dispatching of orders. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received.

Delays in Delivery
We try to ship all the orders within 24-48 hours from the time of confirmation still the delay is dependent on the availability of the product.
Weather conditions, strikes, and many other situations also affect the delivery time. We do inform you regarding the status.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please note: Some courier companies will charge a penalty for incorrect delivery addresses that do not match the address and zip code. The cost of these penalties/fees, without exception, is borne by the customer and not by Ragthm. Please make sure the shipping address is correct.
In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible for paying reshipment fees and charges.

Product Availability
We make an earnest effort to make sure that the merchandise listed on our website is available in stock and that the prices shown are correct. In the unlikely event that we’re not able to send your order or replacement due to the unavailability of the product in our warehouse, we will inform you within a maximum of 5 working days from the date you place the order.

Cancellations
We will be able to accept order changes or cancellation requests within 24 hours of placement of the order. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once they are processed.
Once the order is shipped can not be canceled.
