Ragthm reserves the rights to the product(s) designs, patterns & prints innovated and manufactured in its factories. Though, most listed products are a property of Ragthm yet a certain percentage is outsourced from other manufacturers/wholesalers labeled under "MARKETPLACE".
You may also not create and/ or publish your own database that features substantial (e.g: prices and product listings) parts of this website without Ragthm express written consent. Ragthm respects the intellectual property of others. Pricing
Prices for products are described on our Website and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Prices mentioned in Indian Rupees are for Indian market as well as for all international markets. However, the prices, products and services may change at the discretion of ragthm.com. In accordance with brand guidelines, prices might change when the stocks are replenished and may vary according to the regions.

Cancellations by Us
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled shall include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or any defect regarding the quality of the product. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card or Bank Account within 7-9 working days.

Cancellations by You
In case of requests for order cancellations, we reserve the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason. As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed / approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. A request for cancellation of order shall be valid and accepted only if they are made within 24 hours of making the order on the Site. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed or orders for which request for cancellation is made after the expiry of 24 from making the order. We have the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The User agrees not to dispute the decision made by us and accepts our decision regarding the cancellation. Sizing
The fit of our clothing depends on the cut, fabric and style of each garment. Some garments are designed to have a looser, relaxed fit and some garments are styled to be more fitted. We would request you to please review our sizing guide to select the size best suited to you.

Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian Law. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Surat,Gujarat, India.
